"A Delightful young man offered a free boiler and underfloor insulation. I told him I wasn’t on any benefits and I didn’t think I would qualify. After filling out some forms and taking some measurements I was still not confident of receiving a free boiler they called to say I was successful and a survey would take place.
The surveyor came and spent a little time checking the property he left and told me I would receive a call from the office.

Sure enough, I received a call to say they could fit my boiler and the underfloor insulation and offered me some dates. I was still pessimistic and was anxious to see if it was all real. I thought I will believe it when it happens.

They did my insulation and boiler fitting on the same day.

The placed plastic protection on the carpet where they walked and only folded back a small area of the carpet. They accessed the floor insulated and put everything back the way they found it. All completed in the morning. The boiler was installed a clean job but took a day. The gas Engineer was pleasant and explained the workings to me. Both wore PPE as it was during lockdown. I also got a brand new wireless thermostat, limescale reducers and a filter to reduce damage to the boiler.
They say if it’s too good to be true it normally is something you should avoid but in this case, everything that was promised was delivered.
